以十二烷基二甲基苯甲基氯化铵为层间模板剂、四乙氧基硅烷为插层剂制备了插层蒙脱土(MMT),相比于未经插层改性的MMT,插层MMT的比表面积显著增大。利用插层MMT对膨胀石墨进行修饰,从而制备了新型MMT修饰膨胀石墨电极,采用差分脉冲伏安法对苯胺进行测定。结果表明:苯胺在经过插层MMT修饰后的膨胀石墨电极上的氧化峰电流大幅度提高。苯胺的氧化峰电流与其浓度在10~1000umol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为6.05umol/L,并且常见物质对苯胺的检测并无干扰。用5支插层MMT修饰膨胀石墨电极平行测定1.0mmol/L苯胺溶液,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.83%。采用该修饰电极进行空白加标回收实验,回收率为96%~101%。
Intercalated montmorillonite (MMT) was benzyl ammonium chloride and tetraethoxysilane. Co of intercalated MMT was greatly increased. The fabricated by co-intercalation of dodecyl dimethyl mpared with natural MMT,the specific surface area / intercalated MMT was used to modify expanded graphite, and thus a novel MMT modified expanded graphite electrode was obtained. Aniline was determined at the modified electrode by differential pulse vohammetry. The results showed that the intercalated MMT modified expanded graphite electrode could significantly enhance the charge transfer rate of aniline and the oxidation peak current of aniline was greatly improved at this modified electrode. The intercalated MMT modified expanded graphite electrode showed a linear response range between 10 and 1 000umol/L of aniline with a correlation coeffcient of 0. 9969, and the detection limit was calculated as 6.05 umol/L(S/N=3). Five intercalated MMT modified expanded graphite electrodes were used to determine 1.0 mmol/L aniline, and the RSD wa, s calculated to be 3.83%. Blank spiked recovery experiments were carried out and the recoveries were in the range of 96 %-101 %.
