基于投入产出分析的生态足迹模型(IOA—EF)具有良好的结构性,一定程度弥补了生态足迹基本模型在识别环境影响的真实发生位置、组分构成及其在产业问的相互联系等不足。自1998年KathrynB.Bicknell提出该分析方法后,引起了广泛关注,国内外学者对之进行了完善、修正和扩展应用。由于种种原因,国内有关学者在运用投入产出法进行生态足迹分析时,出现了偏差,如继续用土地乘数(land muhiplier)来估计产品的土地足迹。本文在前人的研究基础上,改进了基于投入产出分析的生态足迹模型调整因子的计算方法,根据KathrynB.Bicknell(1998)、Jiun-Jiun Ferng(2001)的“假设的三部门经济交易表”数据,在其他条件一定的情况下,改进后的调整因子所计算出的间接使用的区域外的生产性土地面积占土地总投入的比例(0.1186),与总进口占总投入的比例(0.1044)的实际情况更接近。当缺少进口产品分部门的中间投入数据时,本文提出了“进口产品作为中间投入所贡献的生产性土地矩阵”计算方法,即用土地完全消耗系数矩阵乘进口产品投入向量的对角阵来代替进口产品作为中间投入所贡献的生产性土地矩阵,对基于投入产出方法的生态足迹计算有很好的补充价值。
Sustainable development has become a primary objective for many countries since the late 1980s. As one index of evaluating sustainable development, the ecological footprint (EF) has been much improved since 1996, when initially suggested by Waekernagel and Rees. This is known as the classic model of EF. Another version is based on the monetary values of products that are delivered to domestic final demand, with this information recorded in an input-output analysis (IOA-EF). Afterwards, the IOA- EF model was adjusted and modified by Jiun-Jiun Ferng, and applied by several other researchers. With a good constitutive property, the IOA-EF model makes up for some of the shortcomings of the basic ecological footprint model when some factors can't be identified, such as the real location, the constitution of the component, and mutual relations among actors affecting environment quality. The IOA-EF model has been amended, extended and applied by many scholars. However, some defects appeared in internal research. For example, land multiplier was used to evaluate the land footprint of the products, which should be the composition of land multiplier. In this article, the calculation method of adjust factors of the IOA-EF is improved based on the predecessors. Using the improved method, the ratio of appropriating foreign production land through imports to the total land input is 0.1186, and the ratio of total imports to total inputs is 0. 1044. From this, we can see the results using the improved method are more rational and much closer to the actual situation. The data come from the transaction table for hypothetical three-sector economy in the 2001 paper of Jiun-Jiun Ferng.
