基于学生认知视角,选取两个真实发生的实验场景,将安徽财经大学、安徽工业大学和山东财经大学的512名硕士研究生作为实验样本,测度分析研究生对学术不端行为的态度倾向性,并对影响学术不端的同情和接受惩罚程度的个人因素进行研究。研究表明:面对较为严重的学术不端行为,研究生在学术不端行为的态度方面处于摇摆不定的状态,学术道德观念较为浅显;学术不端的同情程度与工作经验显著相关,无工作经验的学生对学术不端行为更加同情;在接受惩罚程度方面,院校类别和工作经验都与学生对惩罚的接受程度具有相关性,财经类院校学生和具有工作经验的学生对惩罚的接受程度较高。
Based on the students' cognitive perspective and select two real experimental scene,Anhui Uni- versity of Finance & Economics, Anhui University of Technology and Shandong University of Finance and Economics have been selected to interview 512 graduate students as a case. This experimental data has been used in order to analyze graduate student's attitude to academic misconduct, and find out which per- sonal factors influence the misconduct sympathy and accept the punishment. The results shows that in the face of serious academic misconduct,graduate students' attitudes of academic misconduct is in a state of wavering and their academic morality is very light;in terms of the misconduct sympathy, work experience have related to degree of sympathy, and pre-experience experience students show more sympathy to aca- demic misconduct ; in academic misconduct of punishment, college classes and work experience are associ- ated with students on the acceptance of punishment, and the business college students and students with working experience in the acceptance of punishment is higher.
