如今,移动社交媒体成为了满足人们信息交流与分享等需求的综合平台,企业和政府都希望提升社交媒体竞争力来获得竞争优势。而现有移动社交媒体竞争力研究仍然不多,传统社交媒体相关研究大多关注技术依赖(如:人机交互)或社会构建理论视角,结合二者的相关研究将成为未来的重要方向。为进一步推动移动社交媒体竞争力研究的发展,本文从竞争力形成因素、转变规律和社会经济影响3个研究方向对国内外相关文献进行了总体的回顾与分析。同时,分别从人机交互与社会构建理论视角对社交媒体竞争力的相关研究作进一步的分析和归纳,总结了人机交互理论视角下的7个研究范畴和社会构建视角下的3个研究类别。最后,根据所建立的社交媒体竞争力总体研究框架,为移动社交媒体竞争力研究的进一步发展提出若干研究方向与建议。
Nowadays,mobile social media have already become the all-inclusive platforms helping people to fulfill their various needs.Firms and governments are actively looking for new ways of leveraging mobile social media to obtain more competitive advantages.However,the volume of literature related to mobile social media popularity is yet limited.Current studies of the traditional social media are mainly based on the theoretical perspectives of either technology dependence or social construction.Through three research orientations,namely determining factors of popularity,laws of variance and socioeconomic influence,domestic and foreign related literature is first reviewed for the further development of research on mobile social media popularity.And then,drawn on the two theoretical perspectives,i.e.,technology dependence(e.g.,human-computer interaction)and social construction,a further analysis is conducted to summarize seven research areas of human-computer interaction perspective and three research categories of social construction perspective.The literature review results suggest that the combination of these two theoretical perspectives is likely to become a critical foundation for future studies related to(mobile)social media.Finally,according to the research framework of social media popularity,several possible research directions for the mobile social media popularity are discussed.
