目的建立简单、快捷合成喹啉类化合物的方法。方法以溴化金为催化剂,THF为溶剂,在60℃下,催化芳香胺和脂肪醛合成喹啉类化合物。结果和讨论合成了一系列2,3-二取代喹啉类化合物,结构经1HNMR、13CNMR和HR-MS表征。该反应具有操作简便、原料易得、条件温和、时间短等优点。
OBJECTIVE To develop a simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of 2, 3 - disubstituted quinolines. METHODS Quinolines were synthesized by combination of arylamines and aldehydes in THF at 60 ℃ using AuBr3 as catalyst. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Various 2,3 - disubstituted quinolines were synthesized from arylamines and aldehydes. The chemi- cal structures of these quinoline products were characterized by 1HNMR, 13 CNMR and HR - MS. The present protocol possesses advantages of simple operation,readily -available starting materials,mild reaction conditions and short reaction time.
