随着信息基础设施的普及和公众对网络购物认识程度的提高,县域及其所管辖的农村地区迎来了电子商务发展的新机遇。基于阿里研究院提供的东北地区177个县域电子商务发展水平测度数据,分析了县域电子商务发展水平的空间差异特征及影响因素。研究结果表明:东北地区县域电子商务发展整体水平偏低,空间差异显著,中心与外围、县级市与一般县(旗)两种分异并存;发展较为成熟的县域较少,且多分布在边缘区域,中部县域大多单一指数较高;空间冷热点集聚特征明显,广大中部地区低值集聚、外围及沿海县域高值集聚显著;经济发展水平、信息化程度和发展环境是县域电子商务发展水平的重要影响因素。
With the improvement of the public's awareness of shopping online and development of information infrastructure,counties and villages within their jurisdiction are presented with unprecedented opportunities of ecommerce. Taking the 177 counties in northeast area of China as a study case,a EDI as the measure indicators provided by Ali Research Institute of Alibaba Group,this paper analyses the spatial difference and influencing factors of county e-commerce development level in northeast China. The results show that: the development of county ecommerce is still at a low level,which shows the significant regional differences,with the two types of differentiation coexist in the central area and peripheral area,county-level cities and counties; a few well-developed counties distribute in edge area,most of the central counties single index is higher; the county e-commerce level shows significant spatial agglomeration globally and locally,with hot concentrated areas mainly occurred in the peripheral and coastal counties,and cold concentrated area in the central region. The results of multiple regression show that the county e-commerce level is highly relevant to the economic development level,degree of informatization and the development environment of counties.
