目的从滇南黄草乌Aconitum vilmorimianumKom.植物的根和茎中分离内生真菌,并进行初步鉴定和抗菌活性筛选。方法经显微形态观察进行内生真菌的分类鉴定,同时采用纸片法进行抗菌活性筛选。结果从滇南黄草乌植物中分离获得37株内生真菌,其中14株内生真菌有抗菌活性,占菌株数的37.84%;镰孢霉属（Fusarmm）是抗菌活性菌株的优势种属;青霉属（Penicinium）的抗菌活性高且抗菌谱广。结论滇南黄草乌植物内生真菌中广泛分布着有抗菌活性的菌株。

英文摘要：

Objective To isolate and identify some endophytic fungi from the root and stem of Aconitum vilmorimianum Kom. plant and its antibacterial activities were tested. Methods Endophytic fungi were morphologically identified and its antibacterial activities were screened by scrip testing. Results 37 strains of Endophytic fungi were isolated from the root and stem of Axonitum vilmlrimianum Kom plant, 14 trains（37.84% of total strains）of them had the inhibitory action on microorganism, and Fusarium species was obviously dominant families among antibacterial activities strains,Penicillium species had evident inhibitory activity. Conclusion There are many antibacterial strains in Aconitum vilmorimianum Kom.
