over the past several years, PTD is promising tools for transducing proteins and has been shown to be an effective way of delivering proteins into cell in vitro and in vivo.Various approaches have been applied for taming of the PTD. This has resulted in better PTD variants which are efficient in protein delivery. This paper reviews the development on PTD for protein transduction.
