针对目前随机激光的选模研究状况,根据光纤光栅的反射特性,采用光纤光栅阵列结构设计了一种可调谐的紫外激光器的采集与解调系统并进行了相关实验。通过实验结果可以看出该系统可以通过计算机扫描电压调节PZT驱动参考光栅,较理想地实现随机激光器的单模输出,系统的波长解调精度可达5 pm以内。该系统的提出,是随机激光和可调谐紫外激光器研究中的一种很有价值的尝试。
The linear coherent amplication characteristic of ZnO disordered medium is demonstrated based on Maxwell equation.Using the reflection characteristic of fiber bragg grating(FBG),a tunable ultraviolet(UV) laser system of collection and demod-ulation is proposed by employing fiber grating array,and meanwhile experimentized.The experiment results showed that the pro-posed system can well achieve the single mode of the random laser via computer regulating piezoelectric(PZT) to monitor Fabry-Perot(F-P) resonator and the demodulation precision is less than 5 pm.The system will be valuable attempt in the research of random tunable UV laser.
