硫酸酯酶作为硫酸酯类分解代谢酶在人体内起着重要的作用,若其活性出现异常会导致多种疾病。硫酸酯酶的活性需要一个独立的翻译后调节,这个调节由硫酸酯酶的一种调控因子硫酸酯酶调控因子1(SUMF1)来完成。研究发现,硫酸酯酶具有另一种调控因子SUMF2。其中SUMF1既存在于原核生物中又存在于真核生物中,SUMF2只存在于脊椎动物体内,两者对硫酸酯酶的活性调节对生物体内硫酸酯类代谢有着深远的影响。该文对硫酸酯酶、SUMF1和SUMF2的结构、功能及它们之间的相互作用进行综述。
Sulfatase works as an enzyme that cleaves sulfate esters and has an important role in human metabolism,and the sulfatase activity abnormality will lead to lots of diseases.Sulfatase undergo a unique post-translational modification by sulfatase modifying factor 1 ( SUMF1 ) .Studies led to the discovery of a paralogue of SUMF1 in the vertebrate genomes, named SUMF2.SUMF1 exists in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes while SUMF2 only exists in vertebrate,they both have a profound impact on sulfatase activity in vivo.Here is to make a review of structure,function and the interaction of sulfatase ,SUMF1 and SUMF2.
