探索了利用紫外分光光度法测定土壤悬浮液中五氯酚的方法。采用紫外可见分光光度计,选定在波长255.6nm处测定碱性土壤悬浮液中五氯酚的含量,所得线性回归方程为Y=0.0295X+0.0017,相关系数r=0.9999,检测限为0.016mg/L。加标回收率为103%-130%,实验结果表明此法简单、快速,准确性较高。
The new method to determine pentachlorophenol in soil suspension was studied. The ultraviolet spectrometer was used for determining alkaline pentachlorophenol in soil suspension at a wavelength of 255.6 nm. The linear regressive equation is Y =0. 029 5X +0.001 7 with a correlative coefficient r =0. 999 9. The detection of this method is 0. 016 mg/L and the recovery range is 103% - 130%. Its repetition and precision are very good. These data showed that the new method is fast, convenient and repeatable; this method would be suitable for measuring the content of pentachl study its environmental orophenol in soil and also helpful to control pentachlorophenol content in environment and behaviors.
