为了研究分布式多输入多输出(MIMO)雷达性能,对分布式MIMO雷达覆盖范围进行了分析.根据系统功能和判决准则得到最大作用距离和覆盖范围是分布式MIMO雷达的基本问题.根据警戒雷达工作模式,首先建立系统模型;然后根据雷达方程,给出了两种电磁辐射模式的布阵方式和覆盖范围;最后进行了相应的仿真.通过采用信号级多通道回波联合处理,可根据系统功能和相应准则,得到各观测通道覆盖范围的组合.在相同条件下,由于更多的观测通道,分布式MIMO雷达能够得到比传统分布式雷达更大的覆盖范围.仿真结果表明了本文方法的可行性.
For the research on performance of distributed MIMO radar, this paper analyzes the coverage of distributed MIMO radar. It comes to see that the maximum operating range and the coverage of the radar are the fundamental points according to its system function and decision rules. On the basis of the operating mode of the warning radar, the system model is firstly set up, next, the array pattern and coverage with two sorts of EM radiation modes are given, in terms of the radar equation, and finally, the relevant simulations are performed. By the multi-channel echo joint processing at the signal stage, a combination of coverage of each observation channel can be obtained, according to the system function and decision rules. In the same conditions, the distributed MIMO radar can be of larger coverage than the conventional distributed one, as the former has more observation channels. Simulation results prove this proposed method to be of the feasibility.
