基于企业制度的历史演进路径与当前共享经济的现实背景,本文首创性地提出了新合伙主义管理论。指出将公司制与合伙制的优越性进行结合,以人力资本为驱动要素与多元相关方结成共创、共担、共享的合伙关系而形成的新合伙制管理体系,是一种具有时代先进性的企业治理与管理制度安排。基于对相关理论的梳理及当前我国标杆企业的创新实践,本文构建了一个包含战略生态化、组织有机化、人才合伙化以及价值共享化四个基本维度构成的体系框架,明确了四个维度之间的联动关系。最后,本文还就新合伙制管理对宏观经济与政策层面的积极效应进行了说明和讨论。
This paper originally created a theoretical system of "New Partnership Institutionalism (NPI)" , as a new paradigm for corporation governance and management in the age of people-eentrie and share economy, which consisted of institutional features from both company and partnership. Based on vanguard practices from the most competitive Chinese firms, this paper further proposed a managerial framework of New Partnership Management Systems (NPMS) which consisted of four interdependent dimensions as Partnering talents, Sharing value, Ecological strategy and Organic organization. The implications of NPI for macro social and economic progress of China were also discussed.
