薄层层析法检测中药蔓荆子不同部位的化学成分

目的分析中药蔓荆子不同部位的化学成分。方法采用超声波辅助溶剂提取、分步萃取以及薄层色谱等方法,根据各个部位的Rf值和显色行为进行归并,Rf值相同、显色行为类似的部分归并为同一个馏分。采用萃取法分离蔓荆子提取物,得到石油醚部位、氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位和水部位。结果石油醚部位主要是油脂和挥发性油,氯仿部位主要是萜类,乙酸乙酯部位主要是黄酮类化合物,水部位含有极性不相同的较多物质。结论本研究可为蔓荆子的药理活性成分的研究打下一定的基础。

英文摘要:

Objective To analyze the chemical composition of different parts of traditional Chinese medicine fructus Viticis. Methods Ultrasonic assisted solvent extraction was adopted, step-by-step extraction and thin-layer chromatography were used. The different parts were incorporate according to the Rf values and colors of different parts, parts of the same Rf values and similar color behavior were merged as a same fraction. The fructus Viticis extract was dealt with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and water by extraction method. Results The petroleum ether part was mainly fat and volatile oil, the chloroform parts was mainly terpenes, the ethyl acetate part was mainly flavonoids, and the water part was mainly polar unknown different substances. Conclusion This study may lay foundation for the study of the pharmacological active ingredient in fructus Viticis.
