目的 通过对活性炭二次活化处理以获得中孔体积和吸附容量提高的活性炭.方法 以氯化锌为活化剂对市售普通椰壳活性炭二次活化,考察浸渍比和活化温度对活性炭织构和吸附性能的影响.结果 经过二次活化处理的椰壳活性炭BET比表面积、中孔体积、碘值和亚甲基蓝值明显增大,在浸渍比为3、活化温度为500℃时得到的二次活化活性炭的中孔体积最大,增至原来的2.6倍,中孔率由最初的24.4%增加到47.4%.结论 通过对市售普通椰壳活性炭的二次活化处理可以显著增大活性炭中孔体积和吸附容量.
Objective To increase mesoporous volume and adsorption capacity of activated carbon by reactivation. Methods To reactivate commercially available coconut shell activated carbon using zinc chloride as the acti- vation agent under different activation temperatures and impregnation ratios between zinc chloride and activated carbon, then to investigate their effect on the surface area, mesoporous volume, iodine value and methylene blue value of the obtained activated carbon. Results The obtained activated carbon had a higher surface area, meso porous volume, iodine value and methylene blue value than the original activated carbon. At the condition of an impregnation ratio of 3 and 500 ℃, the mesoporous volume of the obtained activated carbon reached to 2.6 times of the original activated carbon. Conclusion Reactivation of commercially available wooden activated carbon can significantly increase its mesoporous volume and adsorotion caoacitv.
