种子盐引发对转基因抗虫棉耐盐性的影响

以2个转基因抗虫陆地棉品种为材料,以其遗传背景品种为对照,研究种子引发对转基因抗虫棉在NaCl胁迫条件下的种子萌发和田间出苗的影响。结果表明.0.5%的NaCl处理显著地降低陆地棉种子发芽势和发芽率,其中转基因抗虫棉品种(中棉所41和浙905)的种子前发和田间出苗率差于遗传背景亲本(中棉所23)。种子盐引发处理可以有效地缓解NaCl的协迫作用,显著地提高种子的发芽势、发芽率和田间出苗率,显著地提高棉花种子的耐盐性。种子盐引发处理对转基因抗虫棉品种的效果优于非转基因抗虫棉的背景品种。引发利种类对干其耐盐性的影响有一定的差异,以K2SO1的效果更好。且引发剂的浓度与引发时间之间存在着一定的互作效应,高浓度引发利的处理时间宜短,而低浓度引发剂的处理时间直适当延长。

英文摘要:

The effect of seed priming with salts on the seed germination and seedling emergence of the transgenic insect resistant cotton stressed by NaCl was studied in this paper, using two extending transgenic insect resistant cotton cuhivars, CCRI 41 and Z-905, as the materials and their genetic background cultivar, CCRI23, as check. The results indicated that it was harmful for the seed germination and field emergence of the upland cotton seeds when they were treated by 0.5% NaCl, especially for the transgenic insect resistant cotton cuhivars whose germination percentage and field emergence was much lower than that of their genetic background check. However, priming treatment with acertain concentration salts could alleviate the harmful of the NaCl stress significantly. After the treatment of seed priming, the germination percentage and seedling emergence on the condition of 0. 5% NaCl stress increased significantly, and the seed tolerance to the salt stress enhanced greatly. There were some differences in the effect of the seed priming treatments on the seed germination and field emergence, stressed by NaCl, between the transgenic insect resistant cotton and their genetic background one. The formers, with weak tolerance against NaCl stress, had a better effect than that of their genetic background one without exogenous insect resistant genes. There were some differences among the kinds of the priming agents, and K2SO4 was the best one in this experiment. In addition. there were some interaction between the concentration of the priming agents and the treatment time.The treatment time should be longer for the priming agents with lower concentration than that with higher concentration.
