利用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)方法,在不同单晶衬底上沉积外延NiFe2O4薄膜.分析晶体结构和元素价态,测量并分析磁学性能,研究结果表明,从压应变转化到拉伸应变时,易轴从面内转到面外,磁化易轴的变化与应变密切相关.通过定向设计,实现对磁易轴的控制.
In this article,epitaxial NiFe2O4 thin films were fabricated on different single crystal substrates by pulsed laser deposition. Through measurement of the crystal structure and valence state of the elements analysis and magnetic properties,we find that the magnetic easy axis from in plane go to out of plane when the compressive strain is transferred to the tensile strain,and also,the easy magnetization axis changes is closely related to with strain. Through specific design,the control of magnetic anisotropy of each thin film is realized.
