With the development of the society,and the enhancing of people＇s law consciousness,medical disputes have become one of the problems which can not be negligible in the world.To resolve medical disputes,the two kinds of identification methods we usually take are as follows：medical malpractice identification and forensic identification.To be specific,the former is an identification activity organized by medical association,and the latter is an identification activity organized by special identification institution and identified by forensic experts.
