采用机械合金化与热压烧结相结合的方法制备Mg2Si金属间化合物,研究粉末球磨时间以及热压温度对Mg2Si物相、组织、硬度及致密度的影响,结果表明:随着球磨时间延长和热压温度的升高,物相并未发生改变,显微组织中气孔逐渐减少,组织更加均匀.硬度和致密度在700、750℃下随球磨时间的延长而增加,800℃下随球磨时间的延长呈先增大后减小趋势.
Intermetallic compound Mg2 Si was prepared by means of mechanical alloying combined with hot-press sintering and the effect of powder-ball milling time and hot-pressing temperature on the physical phase,structures,hardness,and compactness of the Mg2 Si was investigated.The result showed that with prolonging the ball milling time and rising hot-pressing temperature,the physical phase would not change but the porosity in microstructure would decrease,and the organization would be more uniform.At temperature 700 ℃ and 750℃,the hardness and compactness of the product would increase with the prolonging of ball milling time and at 800 ℃,they would increase first and then decrease with prolonging of ball milling time.
