为研究等离子体辅助催化系统的优化,以NO/NO2/C2H4/O2/N2为模拟反应气体系,介质阻挡放电(DBD)反应器为等离子体反应器,Ag/γ-A12O3为催化剂,实验考察了DBD反应器内填充石英介质小球对等离子体辅助催化系统的NOx脱除效率影响。结果表明:DBD反应器内填充石英介质小球,有利于DBD反应器在较低的放电能量密度下产生更多低温催化活性高的含氮有机物,促使等离子体辅助催化系统在较低的催化温度250℃时获得〉80%的NOx脱除效率。
Based on the discovery of the nitrogen-containing organic compounds, plasma-facilitated catalytic reduction of NOx was optimized , including the influence of quartz-dielectric pellet packing in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor on the NOx removal efficiency of plasma-facilitated catalysis system for the NO/NO2/C2 H4/O2/N2 gas system, and typical Ag/7-A1203 catalyst used as lean NOx catalyst. Results show that packing quartz-dielectric pellet in DBD reactor facilitate more nitrogen-containing organic compound to produce in DBI) reactor at lower energy density, to further improve the catalytic performance of catalyst at lower temperature and the NOx removal efficiency of plasma-facilitated catalysis system, the NOx removal efficiency reached more than 80% with catalyst temperature at 250 ℃. These phenomena are due to that quartz pellets packed in DBD reactor could enhance the partial discharge at lower voltages, promote the uniform distribution of the electric field and reacting gas stream in DBD reactor, and improve the contacting chance of the reacting gas stream with DBD plasma.
