开展实验课程的创新教学研究是工科院校适应高等教育改革需要的一个举措之一.基于目前各高校材料力学的实验教学现状,分析总结了材料力学实验教学中存在的问题,并阐述了进行实验创新教学的重要性及必要性.以偏心拉杆危险应力的电测法实验为例,给出了创新实验教学的技术路线,设计了不同的电桥连接方案.该实验的教学实践表明设计试验方案能较好地培养学生的创新思维能力及融会贯通运用理论知识的能力,粘贴应变片过程能很好地培养学生的动手能力及认真细心的工作态度.
Conducting innovative teaching research on experimental courses is one of the initiatives the engineering colleges to adapt to the needs of higher education reform. Basing on the present situation of experimental teaching of material mechanics in colleges, this paper analyzes and summarizes the mechanics of materials experiment teaching problems and expounds the importance and necessity of experi-ment innovation teaching. We take the electric stress measurement of eccentric tie rod as an example which is given the technical route of innovative experiment teaching and design different bridge connection schemes. The experimental teaching practice shows that the design of the experimental program can better develop students' innovative thinking ability and mastery of the ability to use theoretical knowledge and pasting the strain gauge process can well cultivate students" practical ability and the careful and attentive working attitude.
