随着国际经济危机的发展和我国通货膨胀问题的显现，国内需求不足无疑已成为影响我国国民经济发展的关键因素，而社会保障水平的低下则成为导致我国国内需求不足的主要原因之一。目前我国社会保障体系还不够健全，社会保障支出的数量和结构还不够合理，由此削弱了其应有的积极作用。社会保障水平的高低是一个粗糙、不确定性的概念，对其进行衡量不仅需要定性分析，更需要定量分析。运用灰色关联模型对社会保障水平与国民经济增长之间的关系进行分析，可为正确认识和处理我国社会保障制度建设和经济发展之间的关系提供一种新的研究方法和思路。

英文摘要：

With the development of economic crisis and the emergence of inflation problems in China, lack of domestic demand is undoubtedly one of important factors which influence national economic development. The low level of social security mainly leads to the lack of domestic demand. At present, the social security system is not well established and the quantity and structure of social security expenditure is not reasonable, which is weakening its positive effect. In fact, the level of social security is a rough, uncertain concept. So both qualita- tive analysis and quantitative analysis are adopted to analyze social security. In this paper, grey relational analy- sis is used to analyze the relation between social security and economic growth, which could provide a new meth- od and idea for understanding and handling the relationship between the social security system construction and economic development in China.
