本文研究带有胰岛素运输时滞、肝糖原生成时滞以及胰岛素周期脉冲注射的一类血糖-胰岛素相互作用系统,利用Krasnoselskii不动点定理,我们证明该系统存在一个正的周期解,然后通过构造Lyapunov函数,找到了该周期解全局渐近稳定的条件.另外,我们通过数值模拟,探讨了两个生理时滞在临床治疗中对控制血糖水平的影响.
In this paper, we have studied a glucose-insulin regulation system with insulin impulsive injection, insulin transport delay and hepatic glycogen production delay. By Krasnoselskii fixed point theory, we get the existence of a positive periodic solution, then we formulate a Lyapunov function to find the conditions for the global asymptotically stability of the periodic solution. Besides, we have studied the impact of the two physiology delays on the glucose level in the clinic treatment by numerical simulations.
