Objective： To investigate the effect of high expression of Bcl-2 on the cell adhesion ability. Methods： The stable cells of high expression of Bcl-2 were built and identified. The adhesion ability was assessed by adhesion assay. The expression of integrin was analyzed by FLOW and Western blotting. Results： Bcl-2 stable cells were successfully built. Bcl-2 overexpression decreased the cell adhesion and the expression of integrin α2β1, however, it did not affect the expression of integrin αv, integrin β4, integrin α3 and integrin α5. Conclusion： High expression of Bcl-2 may reduce the cell adhesion by down-regulating the expression of integrin α2β1.
