河北南网是华北地区重要的受端电网,它肩负着山西电力到京津唐、山东电网的转送任务。随着电网规模的扩大、网内负荷急剧增长、特高压接入等,河北南网的电压稳定问题将更加凸显,因此,对河北南网进行电压稳定性分析具有重要的现实意义。本文首先介绍了有功裕度指标KP和灵敏度指标dUL/dQL的基本概念及求解方法;然后,基于理想点法将这2种指标进行综合,并采用符合指定功率增长方式的权重系数,提出了一种判别系统薄弱节点和区域的综合电压稳定指标;之后,利用PSD-BPA潮流程序分析了河北南网的静态电压稳定性,计算了系统中各负荷节点的上述3种指标,以及网内各供电分区的有功裕度;最后,根据计算结果指出了系统中电压稳定的相对薄弱节点和区域,分析了各分区的静态电压稳定水平,并提出了一些针对性措施作为改善系统电压水平的参考。
Hebei Southern Power Grid, as an important receiving part of the North China Power Grid, has the responsibility to transfer electric power from Shanxi to Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan and Shandong power grid. With the scale-up of power network, the increase of loads and the access of ultra-high voltage, the grid’s voltage stability problem becomes more and more serious, thus, voltage stability analysis for Hebei Southern Power Grid has important realistic significance. Firstly, basic concepts and solving methods of active margin indexKP and sensitivity index dUL/dQL are introduced. Secondly, by using a weight coefficient considering prescribed power increment direction, a new integrated voltage stability index is proposed by the integration of the above two indices based on ideal point method, which could be used to identify weak buses and areas of the grid. Thirdly, static voltage stability analysis for Hebei Southern Power Grid based on PSD-BPA is carried out, and the calculation of the above three indices of every load bus and active power margin of every power supply zone in the grid is made. Finally, according to the results, the weak buses and areas of voltage stability are pointed out, the static voltage stability level of every zone is analyzed, and some corresponding measures are proposed, which could be valuable for the improvement of the power grid’s voltage level.
