通过负染-透射电镜、光散射、紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外光谱等检测方法,研究了甘氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-半胱氨酸以及L-色氨酸等4种氨基酸在吐温80-乙醇-甘油-水微乳化妆水体系中的结构及稳定性.结果表明:1加入各氨基酸后微乳化妆水的表面张力较小,液滴粒径主要分布在10nm左右;2该微乳体系能够保持氨基酸的结构与性质,并可显著提高氨基酸的稳定性.
The stability of four kinds of amino acid (Glycine, L-Glutamic acid, L-Cysteine and L-Tryptophane) in Tween 80 -C2 H5 OH -Glycerol- H2O microemulsion lotion system is studied in detail by negative staining-transmission electron microscopy, light scattering, UV-Vis absorption,infrared spectrum. The surface tension of amino-microemulsion lotion is low and the droplet diame- ter is about 10 nm. The obtained results indicate that this microemulsion system can keep the struc- ture and properties of amino acid, and improve the stability of amino acid remarkably.
