为了给小麦-簇毛麦T4DL·4VS易位系在小麦育种中的利用提供依据,用T4DL.4VS易位系与来源于不同生态区的5个小麦品种郑麦9023、周9823、绵阳26、石4185、扬麦15进行杂交,杂种F1再分别与上述品种进行正反回交,研究小麦-簇毛麦T4DL·4VS易位染色体在不同小麦背景中的遗传稳定性及其在配子中的传递。原位杂交结果表明,在杂种F1花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ,T4DL·4VS易位染色体通常可以与4D染色体配对形成棒状二价体。在不同组合的F2分离群体中,T4DL·4VS易位染色体在不同小麦遗传背景中的遗传方式不相同,T4DL·4VS易位染色体的传递受到小麦遗传背景的影响。测交结果表明,T4DL·4VS易位染色体通过雌配子和雄配子的传递率分别为50.59%(46.15%~59.1%)和24.02%(16.67%~37.75%),T4DL·4VS易位染色体通过雌配子的传递率显著高于通过雄配子的传递率。
In order to study the transmission of T4DL·4VS chromosome through gametes and its genetic stability in different genetic background,the T4DL·4VS translocation line was crossed to common wheat varieties Zheng 9023,Zhou 9823,Mianyang 26,Shi 4185,Yangmai 15 introduced from different areas of China,respectively and the F1 hybrids were backcrossed as male and female.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) on hybrids F1 was used to study the pairing of T4DL·4VS translocation chromosome in PMC MI of hybrid F1 of different wheat background.The rod bivalent formed by 4DL translocation chromosome and 4D chromosome was observed in the F1 plants.In hybrid F2,the genetic pattern of T4DL·4VS chromosome was different in different genetic background.The transmission of T4DL·4VS chromosome was influenced by genetic background.The result of test crosses showed that T4DL·4VS translocation chromosome could be stably transmitted to the offspring,and the transmission frequency of T4DL·4VS was higher through female gametes with 50.59%(46.15%-59.1%) than that through male gametes with 24.02%(16.67%-37.75%).
