研究了二氧化锡不同掺杂方式对钛酸钡介电性能的影响。采用固相法制备出掺杂比例为2t001%SnO2&B&O22t001%SnO2和4mol%SnO2三组不同方式SnO2掺杂钛酸钡样品。结果表明,两种掺杂方式对钛酸钡的作用效果截然不同,8n02-Ba,O共掺杂会以Ba,SnO。的形式固溶入钛酸钡晶格,从而增大其介电常数,减小居里温度,同时介电损耗不会增大;SnO2单独掺杂则会引入SnO2杂质离子,造成钛酸钡介电常数的减小以及介电损耗的增大,导致介电性能的劣化.
Influence of SnO2 and SnO2-BaO doping on the dielectric properties ot barium titanate was studied. A series of barium titanate doped by 2mo1% SnO2 & BaO, 2mo1% SnO2 and 4mo1% SnO2 were synthesized via solid state reaction and characterized. Results showed that sample doped with SnO2-BaO has higher relative permittivity, low Curie temperature and unchanged dielectric loss. In this condition, BaSnO3 which formed from SnO2-BaO could dissolve into the perovskite structure of BaTiO3. On the other hand, Sn4+ could act as impurity ions when SnO2 was doped solely. Consequently, the relative permittivity of BaTiO3 was decreased with dielectric loss increased.
