研究了锆元素不同掺杂方式对钛酸钡陶瓷介电性能的影响。采用固相法制备出掺杂比例为1mol%的ZrO2-BaO和ZrO2两种掺杂方式的钛酸钡陶瓷样品,对其进行多方面的表征。实验结果表明,ZrO2-BaO掺杂与ZrO2掺杂的钛酸钡晶格常数、介电性能会发生不同的变化,这是由锆元素不同掺杂情况对钛酸钡的作用机制不同所引起的。
The influence of ZrO2 and ZrO2-BaO doping on the dielectric properties of barium titanate ceramics were investigated.A series of barium titanate ceramics doped by 1 mol% ZrO2 and 1 mol% ZrO2-BaO were synthesized via solid state reaction and characterized.Results showed that ZrO2 and ZrO2-BaO doping had different effect on the crystal structure and dielectric properties of barium titanate ceramics.This could induced by the different mechanism between ZrO2 and ZrO2-BaO doping.
