集装箱物流的高速发展,使得集装箱码头操作越来越繁忙,整个流程瓶颈问题已经由岸边操作转化为场地操作。为此建立有效、准确的场桥调度模型,减少集卡和场桥等待时间,成为提高整体港口操作效率的关键。在堆场混堆模式下,多台场桥连续进行集装箱的装箱和卸箱操作,以存取箱作业完成时间最小化和延迟时间最小化为目标,考虑了多台场桥间的安全距离和设备干扰,以及混堆模式下场桥装箱和卸箱的连续操作,建立了混合整数数学模型,并对模型采用Cplex进行优化求解,得到场桥的最优调度方案。经以港口实际数据为算例,计算得出的结果与实际相符。
With the rapid development of logistics, the container terminal is more and more busy, and the process bottlenecks in the terminal have turned from the shore to yard operation. Therefore it is very important to establish an effective and accurate scheduling YC model to reduce the waiting time of YC and truck and thus improve the overall efficiency of the port operation. In mixed mode yard, more than one YC work continuously for container loading and discharging operation. Considering the safe distance among YCs, equipment interference and the continuous loading and discharging operation in mixed model yard, the paper builds a mixed integer mathematical model, the goal is to minimize the job completion time and delay time. The Cplex based on C# environment is used to obtain the optimal solution. The scheduled results are in conformity with the actual port data.
