采用可视化方法实验观测竖直平板上淬冷沸腾的模态转变和气泡动力学现象,发现淬冷沸腾主要经历自然对流、初始核化、过渡沸腾和核态沸腾阶段。初始温度与主流温度显著影响淬冷沸腾的传热性能,初始温度较高时沸腾曲线将出现多个极大热流值,而主流温度升高则引起传热性能下降。
Quenching boiling mode transition of subeooled water on a vertical flat surface was visually observed and investigated. The boiling phenomena and associated heat transfer performances were mainly dependent upon the initial surface temperature and bulk liquid temperature, and the quenching boiling mainly experienced four stages, or natural convection, initial nucleation, transition boiling, and nucleate boiling. In addition, the boiling curve with high initial temperature had several maximum heat fluxes, while the heat transfer would decrease with bulk liquid temperature.
