针对目前在非氧环境下影响气体传感器的气敏特性研究成果较少的情况,文中提出了非氧环境下气体传感器气敏特性研究。通过真空泵制造无氧环境,以LabVIEW作为上位机软件,单片机为下位机,搭建了一个以SnO2气体传感器为传感器的检测平台。采用单一控制变量法,实验以测试浓度范围、加热装置温度范围、灵敏度等指标评价SnO2气体传感器响应程度,观察气体传感器的响应曲线。结果表明,乙醇的最佳工作电压为3.0V,环境温度〈200℃时,传感器的响应速度较快,灵敏度较好。该检测系统操作简便,成本低廉,实验结果为无氧环境下气体传感器特性研究提供了参考。
The gas sensing properties of gas sensors under non - oxygen environment have been rarely known. In order to gain an intimate knowledge, study on gas sensing characteristics of gas sensor under oxygen - free environ- ment is proposed in this paper. The complete monitoring and control platform includes an oxygen -free environment created by vacuum pump, LabVIEW as the host computer software, the MCU as the next crew. And using single con- trol variable method, The response of the SnO2 gas sensor was evaluated by measuring the concentration range, ther- mal equipment temperature range and sensitivity. The experimental results demonstrated that the optimal operating voltage of ethanol is 3.0 V and the ambient temperature is below 200 ℃, while the response speed of the sensor is fas- ter and the sensitivity is better. The system is simple and inexpensive, and the experimental results provide reference data for the study of gas sensor characteristics in anaerobic environment.
