白细胞介素17(IL-17)是近年来新发现Th17细胞分泌的致炎细胞因子,在机体炎症及自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用。IL-17与其受体结合后通过信号转导而发挥作用。IL-17R—Ig融合蛋白是IL-17受体的有效抑制剂。本文综述IL-17及其受体的生物学效应、信号转导途径、与疾病的关系及药物的影响等,为IL-17及其受体作为药物作用的新靶点提供新思路。
Interleukin 17 ( IL-17 ) is a member of potent proinflammatory cytokines secreted by Th17 cell subset. It plays a pathological role in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases for its specific biological effects. IL-17 binds its receptor to transduce signals and produce response. The effective inhibitor of IL- 17 receptor-Ig fusion protein showed good therapeutic effects in experiments. This paper reviews the biological effect,signal transduction pathway, associated diseases of IL-17 and its receptors, etc, and provides new ways for IL-17 and its receptor as new drug targets.
