The parameters of the water environment system were defined as blind numbers based on the blind number theory. These blind numbers were voir. According to the model, the faith degree were obtained, which applied to set up a model mean values of the blind to calculate water environmental capacity of Wangying reser- numbers, the interval of the possible values and the interval provides rich and useful information on pollutant holding capacity for water environ-mental protection of Wangying reservoir.
