矿井火灾具有突发性、火势发展迅猛以及灭火和救护困难等特点。火灾燃烧时产生大的热量和有毒有害的气体,并形成火风压。火势的动力作用,容易造成风流状态的紊乱,甚至造成整个通风系统风流状态的混乱,由此造成的损失极为惨重。矿井火灾仿真研究对于制定火灾预案具有重要的指导意义。由于矿井系统本身的复杂性及其有限的出口通道,以及灾变对矿井系统的影响,人员的避灾路线常常被灾变及其生成物所阻断。正因为这种复杂性,在紧急状态下依靠人工手段来提供避灾路线是不可能的,在计算机及其应用技术日趋成熟的今天,开发一套适合现场应用的避灾路线选择系统既现实又重要。提出了基于流体网络的矿井火灾仿真数学模型和避灾路线数学模型,并编制了相应的程序。该模型在金川有色金属公司二矿区进行了应用,取得了良好的效果。
Mine fire always breaks out, develops rapidly, and it is difficult to put out and rescue. Fire can produce a mass of poisonous and harmful gases and heat quantity while burning, and fire-heating air pressure will come into being. As airflow is influenced by fire impetus, its state may be disorganized, even the whole ventilation system may be disordered, and the loss is disastrous. Mine fire simulation has important guide meaning in establishing fire advanced scheme. As mine system is complicated and has limited exits, and disaster influences mine system, the refuge route always be interdicted by fire and its resultants. By reason of the complexity, it is impossible for personnel to provide refuge routes in a state of emergency. Computer and its application technology are well developed currently, it is practical and important to develop a set of refuge route selecting system which adapt to be used in locales. In the paper, a fluid network based mine fire simulation mathematical model and a refuge route mathematical model are put forward, at the same time, the corresponding program are compiled. The models have been applied to NO. 2 mine area of Jinchuan Non-ferrous Metal Corporation, and a contented effect has been achieved.
