为获得半直驱风力发电机行星齿轮系统传动过程中啮合碰撞力的变化规律,建立齿轮啮合传动的动力学仿真模型,基于Hertz接触理论的齿轮啮合碰撞力的计算方法,在机组额定转速下仿真求解啮合碰撞力及频谱。研究表明:行星齿轮啮合过程中碰撞力存在显著的周期性和调制现象,幅值波动明显,轮齿由啮入到啮出,碰撞力由0 N上升至最大值后又下降至0 N,载波为行星轮的啮合频率,调制波为行星架的旋转频率;水平方向X和垂直方向Y的碰撞力相位相差约90°,频谱特征相同,3对外啮合碰撞力相位相差约60°;碰撞力频谱中均出现行星轮啮合频率及倍频。
In order to obtain the changing pattern of semi-direct drive wind turbines of contact force of planetary gear meshing transmission,The dynamic simulation model of contact force of gear meshing transmission was established,based on Hertz contact theory of gear meshing for calculation is given.Under the rated speed of wind turbines simulation to solve contact force and frequency spectrum.Studies have shown that the amplitude of the contact force of planetary gear meshing changes obviously.From the moment of meshing approach and meshing recess,contact force is from 0 N to maximum and from maximum to 0 N,it have significant cyclical phenomenon and modulation.The carrier wave is the meshing frequency of planetary gear and the modulation wave are the rotary frequency of planetary carrier. The contact force of gear meshing of x direction and y direction has the same frequency spectrum and phase difference of 90 °.The contact force of three planetary gear meshing phase difference of 60 °.the frequency of multiplication and frequency of meshing are in the frequency spectrum.
