可靠性分配是可靠性设计的开端。对于风力机这种复杂的机械系统,为了在可靠性分配时实现资金投入最少的目的,首先,根据风力机结构和运行情况,考虑研究制造费用和使用维护成本与可靠度关系建立可靠性分配优化模型;其次,利用遗传算法对风力机可靠性优化分配模型进行优化;最后,进行实例分析和对比。研究结果表明:此方法优化效果明显,分配结果与实际运行基本相一致。提出风力机可靠性分配的意见,论证了此方法的可行性,为风力机可靠性设计提供了一定的参考价值。
For the wind turbine, the reliability allocation is the beginning of the reliable design. In order to help to minimize the funds for reliability allocation and to meet to the reliability target assignment, firstly, in consideration of production costs and reliability, we construct the optimization model of reliability allocation on the basis of structure and operation. Secondly, optimizing the model in the form of genetic algorithms. Finally,we take advantage of examples to analysis and comparison. It illuminates that the method has obvious effect and feasibility, and the result is consistent with actual operation. This will be reference for reliable design of wind turbine.
