3D打印(3-Dimensional Printing)是一种先进的增材制造技术,已经在模具生产、教育、医学等领域得到广泛应用,在石油勘探开发领域的应用亦展现出较高的研究价值。本文介绍了3D打印技术及其在相关领域的应用现状,详细阐述了3D打印技术在油气资源评价中的作用,包括地质建模、储集岩孔隙及其连通性的评价、岩石节理及裂隙的力学性质研究3个方面,并对3D打印技术在石油工业中仪器和工艺的创新性设计开发、油气储层理论研究、石油储存及运输、石油炼制及油品评价方面的应用前景提出展望。
3-Dimensional printing is an advanced additive manufacturing technology,which has been widely used in mold manufacturing, education, medicine and other fields. It also shows high research value in the field of petroleum exploration and development. This article introduces 3D printing technology and its applications in the related fields. In particular, we illustrate three applications in oil and gas evaluation, including geological modeling, pore connectivity evaluation of reservoir rock, mechanics study of rock joints and cracks. In addition, several future applications of 3D printing were suggested in equipment innovation design, exploration, the transportation of oil and gas, and its prospect in the evaluation of oil product.
