针对T型板单、双面焊接的焊后残余应力与变形问题,本文建立了这两种焊接结构的有限元模型,利用热弹塑性分析理论,通过SYSWELD分析比较了它们的应力场和变形。结果表明:焊缝热影响区出现最大残余拉应力,单面焊的最大残余拉应力值比双面焊低约200 MPa。单面焊T型板的最大变形发生在腹板顶部,变形值是0.372 mm;双面焊T型板焊后的最大变形发生在翼板,变形值为0.439 mm。
Aiming at residual stress and deformation of T plates after single and double side welding, the finite element models of these two kinds of welded structure were established, and the stress field and deformation were analyzed by SYSWELD based on the thermal elastic plastic analysis theory. The results show that the maximum residual tensile stress is in the heat affected zone, and the maximum residual stress of single side welding is about 200 MPa lower than that of double side welding. The maximum deformation of single side welding ofT plate is at the top of web, which is 0.372 mm. The maximum deformation of double side welding ofT plate is in the wing plate, which is 0.439 mm.
