以AlSi-5焊丝为填充材料,对AA6061-T6铝板和DP590镀锌钢板的冷金属过渡(CMT)点塞焊工艺进行了研究。通过采用三因素(送丝速度、焊接速度、弧长修正)三水平的正交试验,筛选出最优的工艺参数组合,并通过拉伸试验检测最优工艺参数下的焊接质量,最后用单因素分析法,分析了送丝速度对焊接成形及焊接强度的影响。结果表明:送丝速度对拉伸载荷的影响最大;最优工艺参数组合方案下铝钢薄板焊接效果良好,拉伸载荷达到4.53kN;当送丝速度由5.0m/min增加到6.0m/min时,拉伸载荷先随着送丝速度的增加而增大,但当送丝速度增加到一定程度时拉伸载荷开始减小;随着送丝速度的增加,焊点的直径不断增大,而焊点的高度缓慢减小。
The cold metal transfer spot plug welding process of AA6061-T6 aluminum sheet and DP590 galvanized steel sheet was studied with AISi-5 wire as filler material. The optimum process parameters were obtained by using the orthogonal experiment method which consisted of the three factors of wire feeding speed, welding speed, arc length correction and three levels, and the welding quality under the optimum parameters was tested by tensile test. The influence of wire feeding speed on the weld forming and welding strength were analyzed by using single factor analysis method. The results show that the wire feeding speed has the most influence on the tensile load. The welding of aluminum sheet and steel sheet is good under the optimal parameters and the tensile load is 4.53 kN. When the wire feeding speed increases from 5.0 m/min to 6.0 m/min, the tensile load increases firstly with the increase of wire feeding speed. While the tensile load decreases when the wire feeding speed increases to a certain value. With the increase of wire feeding speed, the diameter of solder joint increases, while the height of solder joint decreases slowly.
