为深入研究外源6-BA(6-苄氨基腺嘌呤)对江汉平原冬小麦孕穗期渍害的调控效应,以江汉平原主栽品种郑麦9023为试验材料,在孕穗期设置渍水、喷6-BA+渍水2种处理,并以不渍水不喷6-BA处理为对照(CK),研究在小麦孕穗期遭遇渍害时外源6-BA对小麦生理生化指标的调控效应以及对子粒产量的影响。结果表明,孕穗期渍水显著降低旗叶净光合速率、干物质积累量及穗粒数,对子粒产量也造成显著影响;渍害还会加速植株衰老,增加旗叶和倒三叶中丙二醛(MDA)含量。渍水前喷施外源6-BA有助于孕穗期渍水后旗叶净光合速率和干物质积累量的恢复,且显著降低旗叶和倒三叶MDA含量,对穗粒数和产量也有很好的恢复效果。总之,孕穗期遭遇渍害会改变整个植株生理生化代谢,喷施6-BA有助于增强小麦的抗渍性及协调产量构成因素间的关系,从而达到产量恢复的效果。
To study the effects of 6-BA on grain yield of wheat with waterlogging at booting stage,the research was carried out with Zhengmai 9023, which was planted most widely in Jianghan Plain. Two treatments was arranged namely waterlogging, 6-BA + waterlogging, and the treatment without waterlogging or 6-BA was CK. The results showed : Waterlogging at booting stage reduced photosynthetic rate in flag leaf significantly. Dry matter accumulation amount, grain number per spike, and grain yield were reduced also. Waterlogging increased MDA content in flag leaf and quicken plant senescence. Spraying 6-BA before waterlogging was benefit for increasing photosynthetic rate in flag leaf and dry matter accumulation under waterlogging, for reducing MDA content in flag leaf and the top 3rd leaf, and for increasing grain number per spike and grain yield. Above all ,waterlogging at booting stage changed the metabolism of whole plant and spraying 6-BA increased wheat resistance to waterlogging and promoted grain yield.
