针对常规电动机在特定角度范围内往复运动应用的不足,提出一种新型永磁弧形导轨电动机.该电动机能够直接驱动负载在有限角度范围内往复运动,而不需要通过旋转电机与其他传动机构相结合的方式来实现,具有结构简单、工作可靠、效率高等特点.从永磁体的充磁方式和螺线管线圈的通电方式人手,对比分析了五种不同充磁方式,以及三种不同的通电方式.结果表明,最优化的沿外磁场磁力线方向磁化时的y向电磁力比其他磁化方式都大,与轴向磁化相比提高了近40%,通电方案三的沿外磁场磁力线方向磁化时的X向电磁力是方案二的轴向磁化时电磁力的2.5倍.可有效提升永磁弧形导轨电机的电磁力和动态响应性能,具有一定的实际意义.
Based on the application drawback of the conventional motor reciprocating within certain angle,a new permanent magnet arc guideway motor was put forward,which could directly drive load for reciprocating motion within a limited angle,and do not need to apply the combination the rotating motor and other transmission mechanism to fulfill.What's more,it can provide with advantages of simplification,reliability,high efficiency,etc.According to the permanent magnet magnetization and solenoid coil electrifying modes,five different magnetization and three different electrifying modes were analysed.Resuhs show that magnetic force of Y direction magnetized alone the external field force lines is optimal and larger than any other magnetization methods,40% higher than that of axial magnetization.Electromagnetic force of X direction magnetized along the direction of the magnetic field lines in proposal 3 is 2.5 times that of the axial magnetization in proposal 2.The electromagnetic force and dynamic response performance of permanent magnet arc guideway motor could be improved effectively and provided with certain practical significance.
