河道洪水的漫滩、溃堤及其在防洪保护区的耦合计算一直是数学模拟模型中的重点和难点。基于Navier-Stokes二维浅水方程,通过河道水位比较确定任意时刻水流流向、流量及动量的交换,并根据溃口展宽变化确定耦合节点和接口宽度,进行河道与防洪保护区的无缝连接,从而实现了漫滩、溃堤与防洪保护区洪水的时空动态耦合计算。基于DEM、遥感影像和实测断面的地形数据资料,提出了河道数字地形获取改进技术,同时利用热启动技术解决了溃口形状变动问题。通过实例研究表明,该模型可实现二维宽浅河道漫滩、溃堤和防洪保护区及其任意组合的洪水仿真。计算结果合理、可靠,供相关部门参考。
The overflow and levee breaches of river flood and their coupling calculation in the flood control protected area has always the key and difficult points of mathematical simulation models. Based on Navier- Stokes two- dimensional shallow water equations,this paper determined the water flow direction,flow rate and momentum exchange at any time through the comparison of river water levels. Besides,the coupling nodes and the interface width was determined according to the breach width changes to realize the seamless connection of river and flood control protected area and spatiotemporal dynamic coupling calculation of overflow,levee breach,and flood in the flood control protected area flooding. According to the terrain data of DEM,remote sensing image and the measured profile,an improved technology obtaining river digital terrain data was put forward. Also,shape change problem of the breach was resolved using the hot start technology. Case studies showed that,the model could realize the flood simulation of overflow,levee breach,flood control protected area,and their any combinations. The calculated results were both reasonable and reliable,and could give a reference to departments concerned.
