采取整群随机方式抽取我国219个新企业样本数据,在中国情境下对新企业网络能力的维度结构及其对创业成长的作用机制进行了实证研究。研究发现,新企业网络能力具有高阶多维度结构,并且可以识别为任务执行和胜任资质两个维度。同时,它们又可以再细分为特定关系任务执行、跨关系任务执行、社会胜任资质和专业胜任资质四个子维度。网络能力对新企业成长性绩效产生正向的积极影响;任务执行与胜任资质维度均有助于提高新企业成长性绩效,且胜任资质的影响作用更为强烈。实证检验了新企业网络能力的高阶维度结构及其对新企业成长的影响,并提出了研究启示。
Randomly selected 219 new ventures as sample, empirical study was conducted to reveal the influence of new ventures network competence dimension structure on entrepreneurial growth in Chinese context. As the re- suit shown, network competence with high order dimension structure can be identified as two dimensions: task ex- ecution and qualification, and these two dimensions can be further divided into four dimensions: relation-specific task execution, cross-relational task execution, social qualification, and specialist qualification; Network competence has positive impact on new ventures growth performance; qualification and task execution, respectively, have posi- tive impact on new ventures growth performance and the influence from qualification is more strong. This re- search takes the lead in testing the effect of new ventures network competence high order dimension structure on entrepreneurial growth, which fills the gap in related research, and its research findings also provides great value to management practices and can promote new ventures growth theory research.
