纸基摩擦片的表面油槽是影响湿式离合器制动特性的重要因素。笔者采用湿法工艺制备了一种新型碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料,设计了4种油槽形式的摩擦片;借助惯量摩擦试验机,测试了4种摩擦片试样的摩擦力矩、摩擦系数;利用扫描电子显微镜观察摩擦片磨损表面形貌,利用热重分析仪分析摩擦片的耐热性能。研究结果表明:油槽对碳纤维增强纸基摩擦片的摩擦制动性能和耐热性有较大影响。其中不同油槽纸基摩擦片的摩擦力矩曲线总体均比较平稳;同无槽纸基摩擦片相比,具有油槽的纸基摩擦片在动摩擦系数大小及稳定性方面有较大提高,静、动摩擦系数更接近,其中双圆弧槽摩擦片摩擦系数性能指标最好;无槽摩擦片耐热性能较差,平行槽摩擦片耐热性能最优异。
The braking ability of clutches is greatly influenced by the groove types of paper-based friction plates.In this paper,paper-based friction materials reinforced by carbon fiber were prepared through paper-making process and friction plates of four types of grooves were designed.Friction performance of the samples were measured by an inertia friction tester,with analysis on worn surfaces of samples through scanning electronic microscope and the heat-resistance was characterized by thermogravimetry.The results show that the braking ability and the heat-resistance were greatly influenced by grooves; the shape of friction torque curves of the friction plates were all flat; the dynamic friction coefficient of the friction plates with grooves were raised and the static/dynamic friction coefficient ratios approached 1,especially the double arc groove friction plates; the no grooves had worse heat-resistance.the parallel grooves friction plates had superior heat-resistance.
