主要组织相容性复合体(Major histocompatibility complex,MHC)由一组紧密连锁且高度多态的基因座组成。研究表明:当病原体入侵时,MHC呈现出不同的反应。本文从MHC不同单倍型的鸡感染马立克病、禽白血病和禽网状内皮组织增生症时的反应为切入点,综述各类肿瘤疾病的病原特征、主要症状及MHC在禽类肿瘤疾病上的研究现状,并展望其应用前景,以期为MHC对疾病的抵抗作用和培育抗病性新品种的研究提供参考。
Major histocompatibility complex are genes composed of tight chain and highly polymorphic loci. Recent researches has shown that the major histocompatibility complex made different reactions on pathogen invasion. Focus on the significantly different reaction when different haploid type chickens catch Marek's Disease, Avian Leukosis and Reticuloendotheliosis, this article revieed the features oftumor diseases' pathogenic, the main symptoms, and prospected researches and the application of the major histocompatibility complex in chicken tumor to provide the refevence for other types of diseases on the major histocompatibility complex and to cultivate new disease resistance varieties.
