目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤中各单味药对黄芪总皂苷含量的影响,为黄芪桂枝五物汤的药效学研究提供实验依据。方法采用均匀设计法设置5因素11水平,考察黄芪总皂苷的含量,用计算机处理数据,多元回归分析实验结果。结果各单味药对总皂苷贡献大小分别为:黄芪(61.5%),白芍(6.68%),大枣(2.63%),生姜(2.09%),桂枝(0.446%)。结论在黄芪桂枝五物汤中,虽然黄芪对黄芪总皂苷的贡献最大,但其他各味中药对黄芪总皂苷的含量也会产生不同程度的影响。
Objective To determine the effect of every drug in Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang on the content of astragalosides ,and provide experimental basis for its pharmacodynamics research .Methods Uniform design consisting of five factors and 11 levels was adopted to explore the content of astragalosides .The ex-perimental results were analyzed by computer with the method of multiple regression analysis .Results The contribution of each component to the content of astragalosides was Radix Astragali(61 .5% ) ,Paeonia Radix(6 .68% ) ,Zizyphi Fructus(2 .63% ) ,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens(2 .09% )and Ramulus Cinnamomi (0 .446% ) respectively .Conclusion In the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang ,although the effect of Radix As-tragali is the most on the content of Astragalosides ,other drugs also have some effects on it .
