大量的分布式电源接入配电网,对配电网的规划工作产生了不可忽略的影响,使得按传统电网模型规划得到的网架方案难以真正适合分布式电源接入后的配电系统。改进传统的对分布式电源和网架分阶段规划方案,建立协调规划的多目标优化模型,并运用粗糙集理论综合分析各目标函数的约束度,合理分配各目标函数的权值。采用改进精英保留策略遗传算法以分段式染色体编码的方式对IEEE 33节点的含分布式电源接入的配电网进行规划,验证了所述方法的有效性。
A large number of electric Distributed Generation(DG) accessed to distributed system have serious impact on the planning of distribution network,and make it hard to describe the problem while using the traditional model.Breaking through traditional and staged planning scheme for DG and power distribution network frame,a multi-objective optimization model is built.This paper also reasonablely distributes the weights of all objective function through analyzing their restriction degrees by the rough set theory.The modified genetic algorithm with segmented encoding and the elite reservation strategy is used to make planning for the power distribution network of IEEE33-node system through making segmented encoding to the chromosome.The results have verified the effectiveness of proposed method.
