采用红外光谱、紫外光谱、热分析及元素分析方法对合成的槲皮素-锗(Ⅳ)配合物结构进行表征,试验了配合物清除羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧自由基(O2·)的能力.结果表明,槲皮素-锗(Ⅳ)配合物分子式为[(C15H9O7)Ge·2H2O]·2H2O,配合物比槲皮素本身具有更强的清除·OH,O·2-自由基的能力.
Four novel vanadium atom substituted series of Dawson-type heteropoly acid (W, P ) were prepared respectively by processing step by step. The effect of reaction conditions on the formation of the four heteropolyacids has been studied. Their structures were determined by IR and XRD. The result indicated the four heteropolyacids have Dawson structure. The number of crystal water in the four heteropolyacids was identified respectively by TG analysis.
