针对齿轮曲面倒角加工设备调整参数计算算法所存在的问题,分别从算法的精确性、集成性和实用性三个方面对其进行了改进:对曲面倒角数学模型的建模机理进行了分析研究,从而推导出模型的修正方程以降低求解难度,提高计算效率和精度;根据倒角检测剖面的空间几何关系及公差带的相关理论,提出了公差圆检验算法,改善了算法的集成性;在对加工设备各种信息定义的基础上,根据计算图形学理论,提出设备调整实现的具体流程和方案,最终得到设备状态转换矩阵,增强了算法的完整性。
The improvement was put forward to solve the problem of equipment adjusting parameter calculation algorithm for gear camber chamfering from three respects, such as accuracy, integration and practicability. The mechanism of the chamfering mathematical model was studied, and the correction equation was achieved to make the solution procedure easier, more precise. According to the geom- etry of measuring face and the theory of tolerance zone, the test algorithm named tolerance circle was put forward to enhance the ability of integration. Based on the definition of equipment information and the theory of graphics, the scheme of the equipment implementation was deduced, and the configuration- state matrix was set up,which was used to improve the integrity of this algorithm.
